If you’re not satisfied with DreamIQ Premium for any reason within the first 30 days, we’ll refund your money. No complicated questions asked.

- Unused Free Trial: If charged before you could try the app
- Technical Issues: If the app doesn’t work on your compatible device

3.2 Processing Time
- Request: We respond within 24-48 hours
- Approval: Immediate for eligible cases
- Credit: 5-10 business days depending on your bank
- App Stores: Per their policies (typically 3-5 days)
4. Special Situations
4.1 Free Trial
- If you cancel during the 14-days trial: No charges
- If you forget to cancel: Full refund if requested within 48 hours
4.2 Technical Issues
If you experience:
- Frequent crashes
- Data loss
- Unavailable features
- Sync issues
We’ll first try to resolve the issue. If we can’t, full refund.
