DreamIQ Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using DreamIQ (“the App,” “we,” “our”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.
2. Service Description
DreamIQ is a sleep analysis and improvement app that:
- Tracks and analyzes sleep patterns using data from your mobile device or wearables
- Provides personalized insights via artificial intelligence
- Offers recommendations to improve sleep quality
- Includes a conversational AI Coach for sleep-related queries
2.1 Service Model
DreamIQ operates under a Freemium model:
- Free Plan: Basic features with limitations
- Premium Plan: Full access to all features via subscription
3. Registration and Account
3.1 Account Requirements
- You must be at least 13 years old
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
3.2 Registration Methods
You may register using:
- Email and password
- Authentication with Apple (Sign in with Apple)
- Authentication with Google
3.3 Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Provide false information
- Use the App for illegal purposes
- Do not use the account for more than 12 months
4. Acceptable Use
4.1 You MAY:
- Use the App to monitor and improve your personal sleep
- Share your data with healthcare professionals
- Export your data for personal use
- Use the family mode (Premium) for up to 5 members
4.2 You MAY NOT:
- Use the App to diagnose or treat medical conditions
- Share your account with unauthorized individuals
- Reverse-engineer or decompile the App
- Use the App to collect third-party data without consent
- Attempt to access Premium features without a valid subscription
- Use the App in a way that violates applicable laws
5. Subscriptions and Payments
5.1 Premium Subscription
- Pricing: Current prices are displayed in the App
- Billing: Monthly or annual, based on your choice
- Renewal: Automatic until canceled
- Free Trial: 14 days for new users
5.2 Subscription Management
- Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play
- You can cancel anytime from your store settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period

6. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Data loss or service interruption
- Decisions based on the App’s information
- Incompatibility with certain devices
- Changes in your sleep patterns
9.2 Liability Cap
Our maximum liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from:

- Minors require parental consent
19. Data Export

- Free Plan: 1 export per month
- Premium Plan: Unlimited exports
